Little DaiLo Presents: MODERN FILIPINO


This third edition of the Little DaiLo pop-up series is a celebration of Filipino cuisine. Chef Nick Liu presents Chef Dennis Tay from DaiLo, who will be creating a 4-course meal, inspired by the new Filipino restaurant concept under the DaiLo umbrella.

Enjoy a sit-down dinner with a set menu for $55 per person. Seating starts at 7:30pm

The Menu

Kinalaw (Filipino ceviche)

Sea bream, calamansi tiger milk, pickled chilli, lotus stem, cilantro, prawn cracker

Ginataang Tahong

Mussels, coconut chilli broth longanisa, chayote, Kang Kong, chicharron, pandesal

Striploin “Kare Kare”

Roasted striploin, peanut chilli paste, black garlic charred eggplant, master jus, baby bok choy, adobo, sticky rice

Calamansi tart

Coconut crust, pandan meringue

Wine and beer pairings by Anton Potvin are also available.
